Kimberly M. Rankin, MA, BSN, RN

With a career touching both law enforcement and mental health, Kimberly is passionate about helping officers navigate some of the most challenging moments they can face. Drawing on experience in correctional, psychiatric, and forensic settings, she developed this training to provide practical, real-world strategies that build confidence, strengthen decision-making, and improve outcomes for officers and the individuals they serve.
